IMPORTANT DETAILS REGARDING OUR ACTIVITIES DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS
As we decide to resume our activities following a 3-week period of closure, we continue to work daily on how to be able to ensure our staff works in the best sanitary conditions possible. We have decided to apply the following procedures :
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
All production and shipping activities will resume on Tuesday, April 7th. In order to reduce as much as possible direct and indirect interactions between staff members, our production chain will remain closed, while our mechanics will work on « traditionnal » individual booths and dismantle one vehicle at a time, from A to Z. All parts produced will be thouroughly desinfected at each step of the process. Our logistics staff will ensure your parcels are prepared by one person only, from picking to boxing. This way, we will be sure that no indirect contact will happen while exchanging articles between operators.
Effectively, these mesures will limit our usual capacities in terms of daily parcels treated. Please be aware that shipping and delivery times will be longer. Some delivery companies may apply geographical restrictions based on the local sanitary situation ; please be aware of your particular situation before ordering.
As of right now, our websites are active and you can order any part available ; shipping will start on April 7th as previously stated.
In order to facilitate working from home, we decided our call center will remained closed. Our salespersons are available to answer your questions and take your orders by email only : email@example.com
